Optimus Consultants is an established, specialist and independent HR and IT recruitment consultancy. We work with clients in both the public and private sectors throughout the UK. We're looking for experienced HR and IT recruiters to join our growing team based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

About the role

We are looking for professional, competent and credible recruiters to provide a professional recruitment service. You will guide clients and candidates through the full recruitment process – identifying new business opportunities, matching talent to roles, marketing roles and candidates, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, managing and communicating expectations, providing quality feedback, negotiating and closing.

You will be a market expert for a defined area and it will be your responsibility to develop a full understanding of your client and candidate network and to develop and implement plans to grow your market.

About you

You'll be able to demonstrate expertise of the HR or IT recruitment marketplace and have a proven track record of successfully placing professionals into contract and permanent positions.

We're looking for individuals who have a natural ability to develop effective relationships and those who can network and work creatively to identify and source new opportunities for clients and candidates.
