We're looking for fresh talent to join our IT team as a recruitment consultant based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

As a recruitment consultant you'll deal directly with clients and candidates at the senior end of the IT market. You must have experience of the IT recruitment market and a proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals into contract and permanent positions.

You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you can;

• communicate well and deal credibly with senior professionals;
• listen and understand requirements;
• identify and build effective relationships quickly;
• understand a CV and match skills to business needs;
• network and work creatively to find new opportunities for candidates and clients.

You'll be joining a small team of experienced and professional consultants. You'll be given the opportunity to develop yourself and your business area, and be part of a growing recruitment business.
