Mike Henry, Director

Mike is highly experienced in senior level HR and IT recruitment and has worked in the industry for over 15 years. Mike has a very honest and straightforward approach to recruitment. He’ll focus on delivering what you’ve asked and not wasting your time. Mike started Optimus Consultants in 2007. He has previously worked for major recruitment businesses in the UK and he single-handedly built the HR division for two leading recruitment companies. Mike has hand-picked his consultants to ensure that Optimus Consultants delivers consistently for both candidates and clients. Mike regularly attends seminars and conferences to keep up to date with current HR and IT issues.

Will Lobley – Recruitment Consultant, IT

Will is the newest member to the team and joined us in Feb 2010. Will is responsible for building the IT part of the business. He worked in a top IT contract recruitment company for 6 years developing relationships with blue chip clients, to provide them with a reliable stream of high quality IT contractors. Will moved into Project Management working for EDS on projects with BP and Xerox. During his 7 years in project management Will worked on large-scale projects deploying web-based and IT solutions to desktops throughout Europe. He has also overhauled processes for clients, improving efficiencies, reducing costs and delivering projects to agreed targets.
